Labor hours verification - verify that your flat rate technicians are getting paid exactly the number of hours listed on the estimate. Deductions for sublet and/or included operations (i.e. time to R&I back glass on quarter panel replacement) can be flagged and setup for automatic deductions.

Straight time employees - can be monitored for productivity and efficiency levels.

Shop supplies usage - monitor usage of shop materials and compare them with number of hours produced by individual employees.

Worksheets - may be printed out for each employee, and will include important comments that have been entered, including comments from PenPro. Worksheets are sorted by labor operation and will list Body/Frame, Refinish and Sublet functions.

Worksheets - can be printed with many options showing part numbers for items being replaced, source of parts (aftermarket, used ot OEM), parts location and much more.

Parts order status - technicians can view the current status of the parts ordered.
